All Bûche de Noël orders are final sale. Due to the perishable nature of our pastries and the made-to-order preparation, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If you need to modify your pickup date or time, please contact us at rustem.yessenov@sofitel.com at least 48 hours in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of pickup by contacting michael.kistler@sofitel.com and providing your order number and photos of the item. We will review your claim and, if approved, issue an appropriate replacement or refund.
